Considering the heating costs such as pipeline capacity and loss and the heating situation of users, the standard coal price of 5000 kcal is more than 1170 yuan / ton (Note: at present, the actual coal price has exceeded 1700 yuan / ton) (including tax), which is increased by 30 yuan / ton on the basis of the price adjustment notice on September 10, 2020.
